      Sorry it’s taken me so long to get back to you… nearly all of the fancy papers I’ve found are from http://www.hollanders.com. They have international shipping! :)

      No, I used a tutorial/pattern from a Keith A Smith book, I believe. Probably #3? I’ve linked to it on my resources page.
